just in keeping with the title would like to ramble on a bit ...
everyone and everything seems to be moving towards creating more choice ... here i refer not just to our marketers, generally there are too many options in everything in life ... but it is just this choice that makes me appreciate everything that much lesser and hence leaves a feeling of slight sadness ...
watched the movie "hot stepper" today, the climax of the final dance has a step where the dancer slides across the floor on his head, just wondering if that can actually be done ...
a job i'd love to do would be that of the host on "travel and living", I absolutely love exploring new places, trying new cuisines and who doesnt love attention on camera, and to be paid for doing all this ... id really love that!
there are a lot of important people in my life, but today just added one person whose existence I had never really acknowledged ... not sure what the name is, could be "geeta" "chandra" ... well I just know her as "bai". With great confidence in our skills to manage ourselves we fired the cooking bai (i'd really have to invite you over for lunch to prove how bad her cooking really was, just an attempt to describe it i'd say try boiling any vegetable, but just one no more, then sprinkle an insufficient amount of salt and mirch on it and absolutely nothing else, you would be enjoying our dinner. she was innovative too, the dustbin was always full of uncut vegetables cos it was always easier for her to throw half the vegetables away than cut them, i can just imagine her going "chop chop throw throw" good routine ... ), well anyway getting back, we fired her but realised we cldnt do without her, and are now actively on the hunt for a good cook, and turns out all of them are jus too busy to accomodate our house in their schedule! if someday all of them were to get an alternate better paying means of living, how would I go about my life? cant do with her cant do without her ...
so ive now rambled on some of the thoughts running through my head for now, will go back to watching the Wadia gold milion whatever derby on tv ...
